Our Process

Once we’ve decided we want to work together and introduced key project stakeholders, we’ll explore the project needs.

This may involve converting a clear list of requirements into a project plan, or it might mean pulling at a loose thread of the challenges you know you have, but aren’t sure what options you have to solve them. Where optimal, we can co-author project briefs together.

Once the brief’s in place, we’ll systematically review and document the brief and road plan before kickoff.

We understand that some clients may have a clear idea of their project requirements while others may need assistance in defining them. Therefore, we offer the flexibility to either provide us with a crystal-clear project brief or co-author one together.

To ensure we have a mutual understanding of the project requirements, we'll review, document, and agree upon project plans, costs, milestones, key stakeholders' roles, SLAs, and the support-request process.

Once we agree on the project plan, we'll begin development and project buildout. Our team will allocate the optimal development resources for specific needs and report progress at frequent intervals.

Before finalising and signing off the project, we'll test your new platforms and digital assets through a rigorous standard of code auditing and functionality testing, ensuring that they meet best practices.

Once the testing is complete, we'll prepare everything for the launch of your new platforms and digital assets, making sure they are ready for the public.

We aim to provide our clients with as much independence as possible. However, we extend an offer of ongoing partnership and on-call support for any assistance that may be required with their new applications, platforms, or digital assets.

What we will need from you?

To ensure a successful project outcome, we may ask seemingly trivial questions and we encourage you to do the same. This way, we can avoid making incorrect assumptions, which often result in unnecessary project delays.

We value productive challenges that help align our shared vision of the project's objectives and determine the best path to achieve them. At each stage of the project, an Account Manager will provide support by acting as your advocate and representing your feedback, directives, and support requests.
