How We Work With You

The overarching lesson we’ve learned from the 20+ years’ worth of project learnings is that strong project outcomes are built on unshakeable collaboration and overcommunication.

To deal with the curveballs and unplanned hurdles of day-to-day project work, we’ll need to get along as two teams working as one. We’ll need to take a little time to get to know each other’s team.

Ultimately, it’s the people behind the brief, not the brief itself, that drive project success. We’ll aim to position our team as an extension of yours.

Our Process

Once we’ve decided we want to work together and introduced key project stakeholders, we’ll explore the project needs.

This may involve converting a clear list of requirements into a project plan, or it might mean pulling at a loose thread of the challenges you know you have, but aren’t sure what options you have to solve them.

Where optimal, we can co-author project briefs together. Once the brief’s in place, we’ll systematically review and document the brief and road plan before kickoff.

1. Briefing
You brief us if you’re crystal clear on the project needs, or we’ll co-author briefs and project prescriptions together.

2. Validating the brief
We’ll review, document and agree project plans, costs, milestones key stakeholders’ roles, SLAs and support-request process.

3. Project kickoff and development
We’ll get started with development and project buildout, allocating the optimal development resources for specific needs. Throughout, we’ll report on progress at frequent intervals.

4. Testing
Before anything is finalised and signed off, we’ll put your new platforms and digital assets through a best-practice standard of code auditing and functionality testing.

5. Go live
We’ll get everything setup to launch your new platforms and digital assets.

6. Ongoing partnership and support
Your new applications, platforms and digital assets will be built to give you as much independence as possible, though we’ll extend an offer of ongoing partnership and on-call support.

What We’ll Need From You

We may ask what might seem like silly questions. We’ll expect you to do the same. That way, we’ll avoid making the wrong unspoken assumptions—the kind of assumptions that typically lead to those creeping project gremlins and delays.

Challenging each other productively at the start and throughout will ensure projects actions remain grounded in a shared view of what’s what and how to best progress outcomes.

Throughout projects you’ll have the support of an Account Manager who will be your advocate representing your feedback, directives and support requests at our end.
